After a perfect sleep last night, we need to get back into very enriching school life, we won't feel boring because we got a tons of work to do.
After another hard working day for the projects, we plan to eat some dessert as an encouragement to ourselves.

I ordered a dessert called ''Titanic'', it is an enriched version of banana boat.
Besides banana, there are kiwi, pineapple, watermelon and melon.

You can choose three types of ice cream as you want. I chose two different mango flavors and one chocolate ice cream.

Cherry ordered a dessert called ''Devil & Angel" which is an original milk jelly and a chocolate lava cake.

The chocolate lava cake is hot enough and it has a soft skin with a strong chocolate lava.

These made the Devil more enticing.

The original flavour milk jelly is soft and cold enough with a refreshing coconut flavour.

Today's weather is good but very hot. 

Therefore, we go and find something cold to eat. 

Finally, we found this store. But it made us a little bit disappointed, and now I will explain to you.



I have heard all about B Chai herbal jelly (B仔涼粉) and have always wanted to try it. 

Finally, I made it out there and made it a point to try it out. 

Funny that I always thought the shop's name was B Chai herbal jelly (B仔涼粉), but now I know it's Kei Kee.

My first impression of the shop was that it was pretty dirty. 

I mean the shop is pretty big and they offer several spaces for overflowing customers. 

As we were walking to the room they directed us to, I was walking over wet floors and there was a strong smell of detergent. 

Don't even ask about the bathroom - it was pretty narrow and nasty. 



We ordered the B Chai herbal jelly (B仔涼粉) and when it came I realized why it was so famous. 

It's enormous! 

There was a mountain of fruits with jelly on the bottom and on top. 



Unfortunately, it's quality over quantity for me when it comes to food. 

The fruits were not that fresh and obviously canned fruits. 

The jellies are okay but that stuff is pre-made anyways. 

All the while I can smell the sickening scent of detergent.

We also order some other desserts and foods, but nothing special.



The mangoes are sour....... :(



Too much milk....... :(



This tastes so great but but it is not a dessert............. :(((

Conclusion: 
I don’t recommend this store to all of you, but as I said before, it is quite cheap to have a mountain of fruits instead of considering its bad quality. 
Its outlook is not equal to its taste.

Ah Yuk Tofu Fa (亞玉豆腐花) - Soft like tasting the clouds

To Fu Fa is one of my childhood favorite.

It is smooth, soft and sweet when you fill in some brown sugar on it.

I wanna taste that great traditional chinese dessert immediately!!!!!

When i was walking around in Yuen Long.

Suddenly, what I want to eat is just appearing in front of my eyes.



Ah Yuk Tofu Fa - A tiny and old To Fu Fa store

There are some many people queuing in front of it.

I believe that if their is a queue, that means that there is something worthy to spend time!!!

So that I chose to be the part of the queue.



After around 5 minutes waiting, I bought two To Fu Fa for my friend and myself.

When we were holding it, we just like holding a '"Holdable Cloud".

They are so white and smooth.

After we tasted the "cloud", we saw someone was eating other food from ''Ah Yuk''.

Let's check out what is it.



That is another old Hong Kong Snack - Red Bean Pudding.

Those pudding are full of red beans, they were so enticing!!!

As we have a dinner gathering later on , so we decide to try it next time.

Please, wait for me~~~~~~~~

Sense Dessert Cafe - A '' Tasty'' Tree?!!

My best friend just brought me to Sense dessert café and I found that it's amazing :))))

I’ve heard this café before and most of the comments are positive. 

This drove me to high expectation. 

Most of the people recommended molecular gastronomy and I’ve tried my favorite one here- plant-like tiramisu.

Tiramisu is one of my favorite dessert but the one I tried here is really special <3 

First is about the attractive design. 
The plant-like appearance really surprised me. it just likes a real plant.

Second is about the taste.
This “plant” is tasty and creamy. I can eat the whole “plant” as it’s not too sweet for me.

I highly recommend you to try the tiramisu and I believe you’d love it.

Karl'z Cake Design - Cake or Artwork?

As I want to surprise my girlfriend with a cake, I want to find some new and independent cake stores that she had never tried before. 

My best friend told me that there is a good choice for me in Yuen Long so I took a ride to Yuen Long and searched for that  "Good Choice".

When I arrived at Karl'z Cake Design, those cakes were neatly displayed in the fridge had shocked me, they just look like a piece of artwork.

They are too attractive for me so I better buy them for the one who is ''beautiful'' enough to enjoy them.

Service:

The staff there are very nice and friendly. 

They will recommend the cakes to their customer especially for  different needs and purpose. 

They also recommend hose cake they love and they ate before to their customer too .

Their service made me to promise them that  "I'll be back!"



They are very attractive!

Taste:

Very delicious!!!!!!!!!!!

Very smooth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

and

Not too sweet,

just at the ''Right'' Level (My Girl Friend said)!!!!!

Even it is Autumn, it is still very hot out there .

We know air-conditioner is killing our planet, but we just cant stop using it .


In fact, air-con just cools down our body, but it can't cool down our "heart".

So, we needa use a different way to cool our "heart" down . 

This time, I bring you to taste something that can sweep the hot from you.

That place call THE DESSERT KITCHEN in Yuen Long!!



I just can't wait to taste the dessert after i saw their ''selfie'' on the menu, hahahahahah:)



Jetso a: Strawberry Parfait ($48)

You can choose yogurt or ice-cream.Don't be afraid, both of them are in LOW-FAT.

Just eat what you can eat, Girl !!!!

Time to Eat !!!!



Jetso b: Purple Lover (紫葡之戀) ($ 48) 

The shop HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one.

The Grape tastes very strongly and freshly .

Warm remainder from the waiters: "It better melt in your mouth than in the bowl."



Jetso c: Mango Mein Mein Ice (芒果綿綿冰) ($42)

If you are mangoes fan, you will know that too sweet mango is not that tasty.

As their Mango Mein Mein Ice is a little bit sour, this potentially becomes your love!


Other than the food, the bright lighting makes us feel very comfortable.

And, the seats are big enough which is a good place to have "afterdinner-activity" with your friends.
